Mission Critical Contract (MCC)

If your business is of a critical nature and requires you to know of a problem BEFORE it becomes a catastrophe, allow us to help you monitor your essential systems and provide you with daily reports, analysis and testing.  An MCC customer receives the following performed on a daily basis:

1) Testing of all Telephone Lines.
2) Testing of all Telephone Circuits (PRI/T1).
3) Testing of your Telephone PBX system.
4) Testing of your Voice Mail system.
5) Testing of your Data Circuits (T1/DSL/Cable/Wireless)
6) Testing of your network infrastructure including servers, switches, firewalls, routers, and wireless access points.  We will check for overloads, bottlenecks, misuse, and potential problems.

Our service allows you to know that when your business opens for the day, your data and voice networks are operating effectively and without error.  If a problem is of an immediate nature, we notify the utility in charge of that service and closely monitor the situation until it is resolved.  You will also be notified by text message or e-mail that there is an issue and what the current status is.

You will receive a daily report by e-mail when testing was done and what the results are.  You will also receive proposed recommendations regarding minor issues that are revealed. 

In addition, all MCC clients receive preferential service when scheduling service calls.
